What impressed me most was how she handled all the tricky parts - coordinating the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels with me while I was coordinating with the roofing company and dealing with my (now bankrupt and unresponsive) solar leasing company to make sure everything went smoothly. I had solar panels installed 10 years ago and the company who installed them went out of business. I struggled for a year to find a company that would come out and service my system and was given the runaround, scheduling appointments and then never showing up. I decided to give Sol-Sun a call after my system had been operating at half capacity for a year and they came out the same day, handled all the warranty parts through Enphase and got my system back online 100%. Excellent communication and customer service through the whole process! Denise and Kevin are wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing maintenance work on their panels. Companies are quick to come out and install your system, but most will not show up for general maintenance and warranty work.
